This slightly luxurious lunch course includes an appetizer, your choice of two types of pasta, and a main dish.The main ingredient is shoulder loin from "Yamabushi Pork," a brand of pork raised by a limited number of farmers in Tsuruoka City and Haguro Town, Yamagata Prefecture.We carefully prepare the flavorful, rich meat in true La Rozetta style.For Part 1, you can choose to enter at either 11:00 or 11:15.You can use your table for up to 90 minutes from your reservation time.
